Developing and implementing an integrated national plan and strategy to transition government services to an integrated digital system at the national level is to ensure good governance. Reviews documents, strategic plans related to e-government, ICT and local governance. Provides guidance, information and feedback. Collects information, collaborates with relevant government agencies, assesses e-Government situation, including opportunities and challenges. Drafting and issuing e-government strategy based on the inputs. Develops and coordinates data development within federal and regional governmental institutions in cooperation with relevant institutions; Supports the implementation of secure data operations. Provides the necessary professional and technical support for the innovation and technology bureaus of and city administrations to build capacity on data development.

2. Objectives

• Coordinate national digital transformation efforts through development of Fast, Reliable and Secure Digital Government Services ensuring the provision of dependable government services and improving ease of doing business.
• Coordinate the development of national digital plans, strategies and implementation tools that guide the development and implementation of digital government services and national digital infrastructures.
• Coordinate and support the development of national data interoperability, digital data asset administration and open data policies and support their implementation and use in job creation and national development endeavors.
