The Ethiopian international technology expo (ETEX 2025) which was opened by the president of FDRE, Honorable Taye Atsike Selassie and the leading one in East Africa has officially started today with the presence of senior government officials and scholars of the field.

Comparing from the startups that were supported by the ministry of innovation and technology in the expo 30 startups have participated in the international technology expo (ETEX2025) that is taking place in Addis Ababa.

With the attention our country has given to the sector, Telecom services and infrastructure installations, Digital ID, Five Million Coders Initiative, Importing government services into digital, Smart City Development etc are being visited at the expo.

This global technology expo, which is a demonstration of Ethiopia's attention and commitment to digital transformation, focuses on key sectors such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), finance technology (FinTech), smart cities, startups and technology skills.

From May 8th to May 10th 2017 E.C. .. Technology companies, policy makers, researchers, sector leaders and scholars from all over the world are participating in the expo held in Addis Ababa Addis International Convention Center.

The Honorable Minister of Innovation and Technology Dr. Belete Mola visited technology products and organizations from different countries participating in the expo.
