Yishurun Alemayehu (Ph.D) stated that the 10 year e-service roadmap is crucial to provide fair, fast and responsive government services and ensure a digital transformation journey

Ministry of Innovation and Technology in collaboration with Tony Blair Institute for Global Change has organized a forum to collect resources to prepare a roadmap of electronic services that will serve for ten years.

The platform aims to collect and provide feedback on the necessary materials for electronic services roadmap and prepare an organized catalog of electronic services to ensure the practicality of digital technology of government institutions.

The Minister of Innovation and Technology, Deeta Yishurun Alemayehu (Ph.D) has stated that under the 10-year development plan, over 800 electronic services are being made available to the public and by 2030, work is being made to digitize 5000 government services.

In order to strengthen our country's economy, by developing and expanding electronic services, they have realized that government services should be fast, smooth and user friendly, free from corruption and good governance problems, and solve the problems of our society.

Deputy Commissioner of Federal Civil Service Commission Honorable Almaz Mesele has said that he should take responsibility to boost the digital economy and deliver the digital services to the citizens.

The deputy commissioner who said that everything is inevitable to be digitalized, said that in order to make electronic services a better way in the country, the 10 year e-service roadmap should work together.

About 20 institutions participated in the forum to collect and give feedback on the necessary materials for the roadmap of electronic services and it is stated that other institutions will participate in the future.

A roadmap program that will streamline our digital transformation efforts and improve the delivery of government services easily. It has been suggested that it will work with cooperation and focus to make it mediocre.
