Dr. Bayisa Bedada, there should be influential unions in science, technology and innovation sectors.

Ministry of Innovation and Technology has held a conference with various trade unions on the importance of research and development and trade unions.

The conference aims to establish a professional and strategic organization with a vision of change that unites the different trade unions of the country.

The minister of innovation and technology, Dr.Bayisa Bedada, has made Ethiopia realize that there should be a trade unions In science, research, innovation and technology (STI) sector.

The state Minister said that the government will support unions working together in the sector, said that the government has done a lot of work on the field of science, technology and innovation to ensure success in the sector of science, technology, and innovation.

The state Minister also said that when government and private sector work in cooperation, the role of trade unions should be important. In science, health, engineering, maths, agriculture, education, ICT and other sectors, we need to work in collaboration to be globally competitive.

Dr. Habtamu Abera, the national research and development executive of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, has said that we should increase the results found in the national research and develop them for the country's economy.

They have realized that they need to have modern technology knowledge to bring together the scattered unions to bring about change in science, technology and innovation.

By strengthening the ideas presented at the conference, it has been pointed out that everyone should come together and implement a problem solving system.
