Research and innovation that can produce foods with added value has been displayed at the United Nations Headquarters. ==================

The research and innovation work done in Ethiopia has been presented as an experience at the United Nations Headquarters.

The research and innovation work done by the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, Institute of Bio and Emerging Technology and Arba Minch University has been presented as an experience at the United Nations Headquarters.

Research and innovation is mainly the result of research and innovation that can produce foods with added value from plants. The product aims to introduce the growing demand of plant foods in the world.

The ministry of innovation and technology has started the research from the beginning and provided funds to reach the level it has reached, and together with the institute of bio and emerging technology to bring funds from abroad to produce and to deliver it to the community with Arba Minch University. It is being worked on to make it reachable in all regions of Ethiopia.

The Arba Minch University team led by Dr. Addisu Fikadu has presented new research and innovations that can change animals from traditional methods to modern food.

The research has made its success in the world by overcoming the drought and modernizing the food that is found in Ethiopia through research and technology to create a system that is not only in Ethiopia but also in demand worldwide.

The results of insect research and innovation by Ethiopians have been presented as an experience at the Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) 2025 Forum held at the United Nations (UN) headquarters in New York on May 9, 2025.

By upgrading the animal plant that millions of people use for food, he has done a lot of work to make it popular like our coffee in the world.

In addition, this invention is designed to provide experience to other countries through science and innovation to achieve the United Nations Development Goal 2030; the invention is to provide the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) namely Zero Hunger (SDG 2), Good health and wellbeing (SDG 3), Gender Equality. (SDG 5), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 😎, Climate action (SDG 13) and Partnership for the Goals (SDG 17) have been made available directly to other countries by experience.
