To prevent corruption and malpractice, everyone should start by reforming themselves, said His Excellency Fozia Amin (P.H.D.)
The Ministry of Innovation and Technology and its affiliated institutions are conducting an awareness-raising program under the slogan "I will fulfill my civic duty to prevent corruption!".
The training aims to educate the institution's employees about the devastating effects of corruption and malpractice on the national economic growth and to enable them to protect their country beyond their institutions.
Opening the training program, His Excellency Fozia Amin (P.H.D.), State Minister of Innovation and Technology, emphasized that in order to prevent corruption and malpractice, which are obstacles to our country's economic growth, every citizen should work together in a coordinated and systematic manner to achieve the reform works that have been started by reforming themselves and protecting others.
The Honorable Minister of State, who said that one should ask oneself what is expected of me to protect myself, my institution and my country from inappropriate actions, stated that it is necessary to correct potential mistakes that may occur in society, institutions and the country by using awareness-raising trainings to correct corruption and malpractices.
He added that everyone should use the training opportunity created to equip themselves with better ethics, modernize their work with technology and use all their potential to be free from human error.
The training will be held from February 4 to 14/2017, and it was stated that all employees of the entire ministry and relevant institutions will participate in four rounds.
