The research is organized by Tolly Blair Institute. In his research, Mr. Rajiv Chandrasekhar, Senior Advisor to Tony Blair and Former Indian Minister of Electronics, Information Technology and Entrepreneurship, has highlighted India’s remarkable digital transformation milestone by basing on public infrastructure.

Mr. Rajiv Essachew explained how strategic plans were implemented to accelerate the development of digital infrastructure and how digital public infrastructure was flourishing when he was a minister.

Officials and experts from the Prime Minister's Office, Minister of Innovation and Technology, Digital ID Office, Information Network Security Administration, National Bank, Ethio Telecom and Etswitch have participated in the survey.

Dr. Belete Mola, who opened the discussion with a speech, said Ethiopia has achieved many achievements in the past years by implementing digital Ethiopia 2025 strategy.

They said that the new digital government strategy has focused on is the infrastructure of the digital public and especially having a benefit card will give a good opportunity to implement the infrastructure of the Digital public in Ethiopia.

Maleda Bisrat, the director of Tony Blair Institute of Ethiopia, reminded that Tony Blair Institute is working closely with the government to make Ethiopia's digital transformation a reality. The institute will work by supporting the government's digital transformation activities.
