The minister who said that Ethiopia is the capital of Africa is a powerful country that has not been occupied by the right wing has invited you to visit the Adwa Victory Museum and to look around Addis Ababa. They also explained that their institution is working with partners to strengthen the country's economy and to have modern technological knowledge.

The minister said that Ethiopia is working with African countries to develop and work together. He said that he is ready to work with the Niger Republic's Minister of Communications and Information Technology and to share our achievements in Ethiopia.
